We’re a well-established manufacturing company based in Redditch, and we’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Support the engineering team with design, development, and manufacturing processes
Assist in process improvements, tooling design, and production efficiency projects
Work alongside senior engineers to learn how to solve real engineering problems on the shop floor
Contribute to materials testing, quality control, and product developmentWhat We’re Looking For:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
