We are partnering with a pioneering company at the forefront of renewable energy innovation.
This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation and groundbreaking solutions in lowering carbon emissions. This is a unique opportunity to receive direct mentorship from the Engineering Director himself, who is also the Principal Engineer. You will be learning directly from one of the top engineers in this field and opportunities like this a very rare indeed.
Their breakthrough project and the first of its kind and will play a major role in cutting carbon emissions.
The team is rapidly growing, bringing together engineers, designers, and innovators who are passionate about creating smarter, greener technologies to drive decarbonisation.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to real-world engineering challenges, from design and prototyping through to testing and deployment of our cutting-edge products. You’ll work alongside the Engineering Director and gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the design and development of mechanical/mechatronic components and systems for renewable energy technologies.
* Producing CAD models, drawings, and technical documentation.
* Assisting in prototyping, assembly, and product testing.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (electrical, software, and manufacturing).
* Contributing to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and product optimisation.
About You
* Recently graduated (or soon to graduate) with a degree or masters degree in Mechatronics (minimum 2.1)
* Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks or similar).
* Good understanding of materials, mechanics, and manufacturing processes.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is highly desirable.
