These roles are ideal for graduates seeking hands-on classroom experience, particularly within inclusive and SEN-focused environments, before progressing into teacher training, educational psychology, or pastoral careers. About the Role You will be supporting pupils aged 11–16 who may present with: * SEMH needs * Autism and ADHD * Learning difficulties and additional educational needs * Behavioural challenges linked to trauma or unmet needs This is a structured, supportive school environment where consistency, patience, and strong relationships make a real difference. You will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to help pupils remain engaged, regulated, and supported throughout the school day.
