Psychology / Social Care Graduate - Teaching Assistant
Surrey and West Sussex

Are you a recent Psychology or Social Care graduate looking to make a meaningful impact before pursuing a career in teaching, educational psychology, clinical therapy, social work, or pastoral care?
We are recruiting compassionate, resilient, and enthusiastic graduates to work in a range of specialist settings across West Sussex and Surrey, supporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs. We cover age ranges from 6 - 18, dependent on the setting you are working in. Whether you're looking for experience in a SEND school, Alternative Provision, or a mainstream setting with a strong inclusion focus, we can help find the right role for you.

Building positive relationships to understand triggers, interests, and emotional needsWho We're Looking For:
Psychology, social care (or related) graduate with a passion for working with children with SEN
Strong empathy, resilience, creativity, and problem-solving skills
GCSEs in Maths and English (A*-C or 4+)
