Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate to join a well-established automation solutions provider, working within a dynamic and experienced team at a modern manufacturing facility in Cheltenham.

What you’ll be doing:

Take part in the full project lifecycle — from design to manufacturing and on-site commissioning.

Assist in managing automation projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time and within budget.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments (mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing).

Travel to client sites in the UK and occasionally overseas for installations and site visits.

What we’re looking for:

A degree (or HNC/HND) in Engineering.

Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask.

Good communication and interpersonal skills — confident in client-facing roles.

IT literate, ideally with experience using Microsoft Office and 2D/3D CAD software.

Full UK driving licence (required)
