An exciting opening for a Graduate Project Manager to join a dynamic company in Bristol. This role is aimed at graduates with the ambition to build a career in Project Management, regardless of industry background. Full training, mentoring and development are provided, with a clear career path into Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager roles.
The Role
You will work closely with experienced Project Managers to support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects. This is a development role offering hands-on exposure to all areas of project delivery, from scheduling and reporting to supplier management and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities

Support Project Managers with project planning, scheduling and reporting
*
Track project budgets, timelines and milestones
*
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
*
Prepare documentation for project reviews and client updates
*
Assist with identifying risks and mitigation plans
*
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across projects
Skills & Attributes
*
Recent graduate (any discipline considered – Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related a plus)
*
Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Ability to work on multiple tasks to deadlines
*
Passion to pursue a career in Project Management
*
Commitment to professional development (APM/PMI training support available)
