The Role
As a Graduate Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting quality standards across design, prototyping, and production. You’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced engineers while contributing to the delivery of world-class projects.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining quality assurance processes and inspection criteria.
*
Support cross-functional teams to uphold high standards across manufacturing and assembly.
*
Carry out quality control activities, including inspections and data collection.
*
Investigate non-conformities and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
*
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
What We’re Looking For
*
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
*
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
*
Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively in a team.
*
A genuine interest in advanced engineering and high-performance manufacturing.
*
Knowledge of quality systems (e.g. ISO 9001) or experience gained through projects or placements would be advantageous.
