Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Poole | Up to £40,000 + Benefits 1–3 Years’ Experience

A growing construction business in Poole is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. This role offers strong development, hands‑on project exposure and a clear pathway for progression for someone with early industry experience.

What you’ll be doing

  * 

    Supporting cost planning, estimating and budget control

  * 

    Preparing BOQs, tender documents and procurement schedules

  * 

    Assisting with valuations, site visits and progress reporting

  * 

    Working closely with senior QS staff across live projects

  * 

    Liaising with clients, contractors and design teams

What you’ll need

  * 

    Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

  * 

    1–3 years’ experience within a contractor or consultancy

  * 

    Strong numeracy, communication and attention to detail

  * 

    Proactive approach and desire to progress professionally

  * 

    Interest in working towards APC (support available)
