Job Description

Are you a driven Quantity Surveying graduate ready to kick-start your career? We’re looking for a Graduate QS to join a busy, hands-on team in West Byfleet. This is your chance to gain real-world experience across a range of exciting construction projects.

What You’ll Do:

  * 

    Support cost planning, procurement, and financial reporting

  * 

    Prepare tender docs and assist with contract administration

  * 

    Track project budgets and help control costs

  * 

    Work closely with project teams and clients

  * 

    Assist with valuations and final accounts

What We’re Looking For:

  * 

    BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying (2:1 or above)

  * 

    Understanding of RICS standards and construction processes

  * 

    Proficiency in CostX, MS Excel, or similar QS software

  * 

    Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills

  * 

    Proactive, motivated, and ready to learn
