The Role
Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
Support senior surveyors in evaluating tender documents and preparing bids.
Monitor and track project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and gather cost data.
Assist in the preparation of interim and final accounts.
Help manage contract variations and assess their financial impact.
Review and analyze subcontractor quotations for accuracy and completeness.
Provide support in risk assessments and cost forecasting.
Maintain accurate records of project costs, changes, and progress.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gather cost information
