Our client, a highly regarded multidisciplinary construction consultancy, is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in either their Guildford or London office. The practice is known for its high-quality, partner-led approach and for building lasting relationships with clients across both the public and private sectors.

Graduate Quantity Surveyor Job Overview
Assist with the delivery of cost consultancy services across a range of projects
Support cost planning, measurement, procurement and post-contract processes
Contribute to the preparation of tender documentation and contract administration
Attend site visits, assist with valuations and monitor progress against budgets
Liaise with clients and contractors under the guidance of senior staff
Receive mentoring and training as part of the APC programme
Graduate Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related subject (RICS accredited)
Aiming to achieve MRICS status through the APC pathway
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
