We are recruiting for a Trainee Consultant to join our team. Whilst we are a construction & civil engineering agency, you don't need to have any detailed knowledge or experience to begin with, as it's our job to train you. All we need is for you to be keen to learn, enjoy working hard and be a positive & reliable person. Working in our busy Sheffield City Centre office, there is also the option to work from home 1 day/week (upon completion of your probationary period).
Recruitment involves being on the phone, making calls to fill vacancies and cement business with our clients. It's important to emphasise that we need someone with drive & motivation, particularly as your commission will be influenced by the effort you put in.
Full training will be provided, both ‘on the job’ and professionally certified, but THE most important aspect will be your attitude.
We offer an uncapped commission structure and real scope for genuine career progression (based on your performance).
