What you'll be doing:
Sourcing and interviewing candidates for teaching and school support roles
Creating strong CV profiles and promoting candidates to schools across the region
Helping schools find the staff they need to make a real difference in education
Working towards clear targets and earning commission from day one
Learning the full recruitment process with full support and mentoring
What we offer:
£28,000-£30,000 starting salary
Realistic first-year earnings of £32,000-£38,000 with commission
Commission from day one - no threshold
35 days holiday + 4.5-hour shifts during school holidays
