What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, your first year will focus on candidate generation and market knowledge. Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and interviewing candidates for roles in primary, secondary and SEN schools
Writing CVs and candidate profiles to showcase talent
Supporting the sales team to match candidates with schools
Building strong relationships with candidates and colleagues
Meeting achievable targets and earning commission for every placement
Working collaboratively in a positive, team-driven culture

Once you complete your first year, you'll move into a full sales role with your own schools and client base. You'll continue to receive advanced training in areas such as:
Business development and account management
Negotiation and pricing strategy
