Package: £26,500- £27,500 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission - £45K OTE Year 1, £70K OTE Year 2, £100K OTE Year 3

Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
* Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
* Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
* Managing your candidate database.
* Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
