Package: £27-30K Basic + Commission (£45K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

What your average day will look like:
* Sourcing candidates and building a talent pool of highly-skilled, ambitious people via LinkedIn and our CRM system
* Pitching recruitment services to new and current clients via Email, Phone & face-to-face meetings to achieve new business
* Assisting candidates and clients throughout the job hiring cycle to make the process as smooth as possible
