Starting Salary: £32,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £35K-£42K in Year 1)

What you'll do as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Recruit teachers and support staff for schools across London
Search for candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen and interview education professionals
Build strong relationships with schools and clients
Write engaging CVs and candidate profiles
Work to clear targets - earning commission for each successful placement
Become an expert in the education recruitment market
What we're looking for
A degree OR relevant experience in teaching, sales, recruitment, or customer service
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
Resilient, driven, and keen to build a long-term career in recruitment
