Location: North Manchester
Salary: Circa £25,000 basic + OTE £30,000–£35,000 (Year 1)

We’re expanding rapidly and looking for Graduate Sales Development Representatives to join our friendly, high-performing team. You’ll be making outbound calls to lapsed business customers (completely warm leads - no cold calling) to re-engage relationships and book high-quality appointments for our Business and Key Account Managers.

What we’re looking for in a Graduate Sales Development Representative
You don’t need specific industry experience - full training is provided - but you’ll need:
* Confidence speaking to people over the phone.
* A proactive, positive, and resilient mindset.
* Ideally some experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing work (preferred but not essential).
* Comfortable and confident with Technology
* Drive and ambition to grow your career quickly.
