What you’ll be doing

Developing an in-depth understanding of complex electromechanical machinery to engage confidently with customers.

Acting as the primary contact for clients in the US & Canada, managing relationships and supporting sales.

Building new business by researching prospects, attending trade shows, and exploring leads through modern tools (including AI-driven systems).

Collaborating with internal technical sales and engineering teams to provide solutions and aftersales support.

Travelling to North America for structured handover and ongoing client engagement.

Supporting the sales of spare parts, consumables, and engineering services while ensuring smooth coordination with customer service teams.
What we’re looking for

A graduate with a STEM degree (Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or similar).

Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn complex products.

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build relationships internationally.

Willingness and ability to travel regularly to the US & Canada.
