The Company

The Role

As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and the support needed to develop into a successful Business-to-Business (B2B) sales professional.

Working from the new Liverpool office, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with commercial customers, understanding their energy requirements, and introducing tailored solutions that deliver value.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment where success is rewarded through uncapped commission, structured development, and clear opportunities for progression as the business continues to expand.

Your responsibilities will include:

Making outbound calls to prospective business customers

Identifying and developing new business opportunities

Building rapport and developing long-term customer relationships

Managing the sales process from initial contact through to completion

Working towards individual sales targets and KPIs

Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM systems

Collaborating with colleagues within a growing sales team

Developing your sales, negotiation, and business development skills through ongoing training and coaching

What We're Looking For

We are looking for ambitious, driven graduates who are excited by the opportunity to build a long-term career in sales.

Essential:

A degree (or equivalent qualification) in any discipline

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong self-motivation and work ethic

Confidence speaking with customers over the phone

Resilience, determination, and a target-driven mindset

Ability to work from the Liverpool office five days per week

Desirable:

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales

Experience working towards targets or KPIs

An interest in business development, sales, or the energy sector

Strong organisational and time-management skills

No previous energy or B2B sales experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
