Start Date: September 2025
Daily Rate: £88.94 - £100 (dependent on experience)
Are you a recent graduate passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Are you looking to build valuable experience in education from September 2025?
Academics, a specialist education recruitment agency, is currently working with a number of inclusive and supportive schools across Dudley. We're looking for committed and empathetic individuals to join schools as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant.
This role is an excellent opportunity to:
Work closely with pupils who have additional learning needs, such as autism, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties
Learn about inclusive classroom strategies and gain insight into how children with SEN are supported
This role would suit graduates from fields such as:
Psychology
Education or Childhood Studies
Or any degree subject, provided you have a strong interest in working with children and young people
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
A graduate (from 2023, 2024, or 2025)
Calm, patient, and keen to learn
Confident in engaging with children with varying learning needs
Available full-time during term-time from September
Based in or able to travel to schools across Dudley
