Graduate Teaching Assistant - Drama, Psychology or Sport Graduates Inspire, Support, and Empower Young Minds Location: Ealing Start Date: September 2025 Salary: £450-£550 per week Are you a recent graduate in Drama, Psychology, or Sport with a passion for working with young people? Your Role: Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons and activities. Use your specialist knowledge to help students develop confidence, communication, and social skills. Assist with creative workshops, physical activities, or therapeutic exercises tailored to individual needs. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEND. Help coordinate school events, clubs, or performances depending on your area of expertise. We're Looking For: A recent graduate in Drama, Psychology, Sport Science, or a related field. A genuine interest in education and supporting students with additional needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, patient, and flexible approach to learning support.
