Academics, a specialist education recruitment agency, is working closely with several inclusive and supportive schools across Dudley.
About the Role:
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, such as autism, ADHD, or speech and language challenges
Assist teachers in creating inclusive and supportive classroom environments
Gain first-hand experience of how pupils with SEN are supported in mainstream education
This Role Would Suit Graduates With Backgrounds In:
Psychology
Education or Childhood Studies
Or any subject, provided you have a genuine passion for working with children
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
A graduate from 2023, 2024, or due to graduate in 2025
Patient, reliable, and keen to develop their understanding of SEN
Confident in building relationships with children with a range of learning needs
Based in or able to travel to schools across Dudley
