As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Recent graduates from any degree discipline
Graduates in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, Sociology, Criminology, Health & Social Care, and related subjects are particularly encouraged to apply
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An interest in SEND, mental health, or child development
Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essentialIdeal for graduates considering careers in:
