Daily Pay Rate: £98–£105 per day (PAYE, dependent on experience)
Your Teaching Ltd is delighted to be working with an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ primary school in Southwark to recruit a kind, enthusiastic, and committed Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant.

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting children with special educational needs, helping them to feel confident, engaged, and empowered in their learning journey.
What you’ll be doing:

Providing support to children with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
*
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored interventions.
*
Using your Psychology (or related childcare studies) background to understand and respond to pupils’ individual needs.
*
Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive social interaction.
*
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
We’d love to hear from you if you:

Are caring, patient, and passionate about supporting children with SEN.
*
Hold a degree in Psychology or a related field (with links to child development, SEN, or education).
*
Have previous childcare or SEN-related experience (voluntary or paid).
*
Are eager to learn, grow, and work as part of a supportive team.

Bring empathy, creativity, and enthusiasm to your role.
