We are now looking to add a talented individual to the Service Team to further enhance the service delivery side of the business - but we're not necessarily looking for exact skills, we're looking for attitude, work ethic and the desire to learn.

What's in it for you?
* Salary: upto £28,000
* Bonus: 10%
* Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)
* Holidays: 22 rising with service

What's the job?
You'll be work alongside the the Service Team, learning about every aspect of service delivery as you become part of an awarding winning business; you'll also be involved in:
* Providing exceptional customer service to customers
* Managing quotes
* Problem solving and dealing with queries
* Working closely with internal customers
* Keeping internal and external systems updated.
About You:
You're likely to be a Graduate with a relevant degree and have some experience within customer service with some administration skills. Along with an outgoing personality, you will also need:
* The ability to under pressure
* Capable of taking ownership from start to finish
* Be confident and used to working in a very busy, often challenging environment
* Have strong IT skills and be confident with Excel
* Be willing to learn and develop
