Graduate Site Manager – High-Rise Student Accommodation

We are recruiting a Graduate Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor on a flagship multi-million-pound high-rise student accommodation project. This is a rare opportunity to work on a major RC frame scheme from day one through to completion—a three-year build programme that will give you invaluable end-to-end project experience.
The Role:
*
Assist the site management team with day-to-day operations
*
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction activities
*
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
*
Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met at all times
*
Learn and develop project management skills under the guidance of experienced managers
About You:
*
Degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
*
Strong interest in large-scale construction and high-rise developments
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
1 years experience in Construction / Sandwich Placement
*
Eagerness to learn and develop within a Tier 1 contracting environment
