Are you a recent engineering graduate with a passion for problem-solving and helping customers succeed? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking technology business as a Graduate Customer Support Engineer. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers get the very best from their products, becoming a trusted technical partner and making a real impact from day one.
The Role
As a Graduate Customer Support Engineer, you’ll work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, resolve technical questions, and provide guidance on the installation and use of cutting-edge products. You’ll collaborate with internal engineering and product teams, capturing feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of the technology. This is a varied, customer-facing role where you’ll develop your technical expertise while building strong relationships with users across different industries.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting customers with installation, configuration, and ongoing product queries
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, escalating complex cases where needed
Creating and updating knowledge base articles, guides, and resources
Delivering training sessions to help customers get the most from their systems
Acting as a key link between customers and internal engineering teams, sharing feedback to drive product enhancements
Working within agreed service levels to ensure a high-quality customer experience
About you:
Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline)
Knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, .NET, Python, LabVIEW™, VeriStand™)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work well under pressure
Desirable skills:
Familiarity with Salesforce ServiceCloud or similar CRM tools
Knowledge of international standards for instrument control (PXI, LXI, VISA, IVI)
Practical experience with Test & Measurement instrumentation
