The role would suit a structural engineer who would be keen to work for a small, boutique Central London design consultancy where individuals really make a difference.
The practice is small itself but is based within a larger office space with other consultancy firms who work within the built environment. They are a society with shared socials, CPD, sports clubs, meetings, lectures, lunches, etc. so you get the best of both worlds - working for a small firm but operating within a busy environment with shared facilities and expertise.
Even though they are a small practice they still offer an excellent salary coupled with a great benefits package. This includes exceptional bonus scheme, healthcare, flexible working, training costs, subs and exam fees paid, generous pension scheme, bonus and socials.

They offer excellent training for Chartership, exposure to a wide range of projects, often niche, bespoke designs in a variety of sectors. You will be involved in all aspects of projects. As well as talented designers, they are very people focussed and enjoy their time at work.
This role is aimed at a Structural Engineer with a 1-3 years of buildings design office experience and an excellent academic background.
