Smile Education are recruiting on behalf of a “GOOD” school based in Walsall.
They are looking for an excellent classroom practitioner who can work with a clear focus on raising pupil attainment whilst embedding the curriculum.
Successful candidates will be able to: inspire, challenge and motivate all children to achieve; create an outstanding learning environment; Tailor the curriculum and teaching strategies to best suit the needs of the children and school; Be enthusiastic and committed to raising standards; Work with parents to develop positive relationships and be fully engaged in whole school life.
What your day will look like?
Leading classes by delivering lessons, demonstrating tasks, assigning tasks, and encouraging discussions.
Deliver phonics and interventions where necessary
Prep and support the children’s development and learning ready for their SATS
Supervising students while they complete tasks independently
Setting homework or exercises for students to practice their skills after class
Developing and marking examinations to measure students’ progress
Assessing and reporting on students’ academic achievements and behaviour
