Location: Daventry

Contract: Full-Time | Term-Time Only
Salary: £95-£120 per day (dependent on experience)

We're working closely with secondary schools across Daventry that are looking to welcome passionate and motivated graduates into Graduate Teacher roles starting in September 2025. This is an ideal opportunity if you're exploring a career in education or hoping to gain classroom experience before beginning formal teacher training.
Many of our partner schools offer pathways into teacher training, meaning this role can lead directly into a School Direct, SCITT, or PGCE programme the following academic year-often with the same school where you've been working.
What the Role Involves:
Delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting learning across a range of subjects
Providing one-to-one or small group intervention for students who need extra support
Supporting behaviour management and helping create a positive learning environment
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation, marking, and classroom admin
Gaining school-based experience essential for progressing into formal teacher training
Who This Role is Ideal For:
Graduates from any subject discipline (particularly in core subjects and humanities)
Individuals with experience working with young people in any capacity (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, youth work)
Confident communicators passionate about education and learning
