Pay Rate: £95-£120 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
As a Graduate Teacher, you'll play a key role in the classroom-delivering pre-prepared lessons, supporting students, and learning from experienced educators. This is a chance to build your confidence, develop subject knowledge, and get a real feel for life in a school.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading lessons and supervising classes across various subjects
Offering one-to-one or small group support for students who need extra help
Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a focused learning environment
Assisting teachers with planning, marking, and classroom admin
Gaining essential experience to support future applications for teacher training
This Role Would Suit:
Recent university graduates in any subject (particularly those with a background in core or humanities subjects)
Individuals with experience working with young people in settings such as tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or youth work
Confident communicators with a genuine interest in education
Aspiring teachers aiming to gain relevant experience before applying for a PGCE, SCITT, or similar routes
Reliable, enthusiastic, and proactive individuals with a professional approach
