Your Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the classroom—helping students with special educational needs (SEN) to learn, grow, and thrive. You'll support both one-on-one and in small group settings, making a tangible difference every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting students with SEN through tailored learning activities
Assisting teachers with planning and classroom tasks
Promoting inclusion, positive behaviour, and independence
Helping create a safe, nurturing learning environment

What You’ll Need
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
Experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is a plus, but not essential
