You'll support both one-on-one and in small group settings, making a tangible difference every day. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting students with SEN through tailored learning activities Assisting teachers with planning and classroom tasks Promoting inclusion, positive behaviour, and independence Helping create a safe, nurturing learning environment Who We’re Looking For We welcome graduates from all academic backgrounds—especially those with degrees in: Psychology Sociology Education Sports Science Childhood Studies Social Work Special Educational Needs and Inclusion Or any subject, if you have a passion for helping children or young people.
