Graduate Teaching Assistant | Enfield | Flexible Working | £82.14-£100 per day | Immediate Start
Reeson Education is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work flexibly across a range of well-resourced and supportive primary schools in Enfield. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to gain classroom experience while supporting children with additional needs in inclusive learning environments.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, helping to create positive learning experiences and ensuring that all children can access the curriculum successfully.
Role Details for the Graduate Teaching Assistant:
Pay: £82.14-£100 per day (PAYE)
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Across schools in Enfield, including Edmonton, Southgate, and Palmers Green
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, flexible days available
Duties of a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
Work alongside class teachers to deliver effective support to pupils with SEN and additional needs
Support pupils one-to-one or in small intervention groups
Assist with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and behaviour management
Help pupils develop confidence, focus, and a love of learning
Collaborate with SENCOs and class teachers to track pupil progress
Graduate Teaching Assistant Requirements:
A recent degree in Psychology, Education, English, or a related subject
An interest in supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for working with children
Flexibility and reliability are essential
