Graduate Teaching Assistant - Southwark
Start: Immediate | Full-Time | Long-Term or Flexible Options | Competitive Pay (via PAYE)
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join a supportive mainstream secondary school in Southwark. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in education and make a positive impact on students' learning.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group academic and pastoral support to students
Assist teachers with lesson delivery, planning, and behaviour management
Support students with varying needs, including those with SEND
Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What we're looking for:
A recent graduate with a strong academic background (all subjects welcome)
A positive, proactive, and reliable attitude towards supporting young people
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
