Reeson Education is recruiting enthusiastic and ambitious Graduate Teaching Assistants to work on a daily supply basis across primary schools in Waltham Forest. This is the perfect opportunity for a Graduate Teaching Assistant looking to build hands-on SEN experience before moving into teacher training, educational psychology, speech & language pathways or specialist SEN roles.
Schools in Walthamstow, Leyton and Chingford urgently need flexible Graduate Teaching Assistants who can step in at short notice to support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH needs and communication challenges. As a daily supply Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will experience a variety of settings while gaining invaluable, paid classroom experience.
Graduate Teaching Assistant - Role Details
Pay: £82.14-£100 per day
Start: ASAP
Working Pattern: Fully flexible, choose the days you want
Location: Primary schools across Waltham Forest
Contract: Daily supply
What You'll Do as a Graduate Teaching Assistant
Provide 1:1 or small-group support for pupils with SEN
Assist class teachers with lesson delivery and daily routines
Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and engagement
Adapt quickly to new schools and classrooms
Build essential child-development and SEN experience
Who We're Looking For
A motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant with a degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, Sociology, English or similar
Someone who wants to build SEN experience before further training
