Teaching Assistant - Brent

Full-Time | Term-Time Only | January or ASAP Start
 Salary: £85-£110 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your experience and preference.

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils make progress academically and emotionally.

Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, behaviour management and classroom organisation.

Help to create a positive, safe and engaging learning environment.

Support pupils with additional or SEND needs, promoting inclusion and confidence.

What We're Looking For

Experience working with children (school-based, tutoring or volunteering experience welcome).

A patient, enthusiastic and proactive approach.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A genuine passion for education and helping young learners thrive.

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
