We're working closely with welcoming and inclusive primary, middle, and secondary schools across Central Bedfordshire, and we're recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistant for full-time roles starting September 2025.
These roles will be full-time and are temp to perm for the strongest graduate teaching assistant.
Tradewind will listen closely to your requirements and ensure we match you with a school which matches what you are looking for.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting pupils one-on-one, in small groups, or in general class settings
Assisting with lesson delivery and helping pupils stay engaged and on track
Working with children who have a range of special educational needs (SEND), including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
Promoting positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive environment
Developing your skills and gaining valuable experience in education
What We're Looking For
Enthusiastic graduates with a genuine interest in supporting children and young people
Experience working with children or in people-focused roles (schools, youth work, coaching, care, etc.)
A proactive, patient and flexible approach to learning and development
Previous experience with SEND is an advantage but not essential
A TA qualification or relevant training is a plus, but not required
