We're recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants for primary schools across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, support children's learning, and take your first step into education.
About the Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and students, playing an important role in both classroom activities and individual pupil support. You'll gain first-hand experience of school life and build a strong foundation for a future in teaching.
Key Responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
Assist the class teacher with planning, preparation, and classroom management
Deliver 1:1 and small group support, especially for children with special educational needs (SEN)
Modify learning materials to suit individual student needs
Promote a positive learning environment and support students' emotional well-being
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of an undergraduate degree (any subject)
Ideally some experience working with children or within education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude
A valid enhanced DBS certificate (on the Update Service) is a plus, but not essential
