Graduate Teaching Assistant - Secondary Schools - Newham - September Start

We are currently recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to join a number of thriving secondary schools across Newham this September.
The Role:
Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subjects
Working one-to-one or with small groups of students to boost progress
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Assisting with planning and preparation of resources
Gaining invaluable experience in a dynamic school setting
The Ideal Candidate:
A recent graduate (any subject welcome, education or related fields desirable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about education
Experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is beneficial but not essential
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
