What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting teachers in delivering creative and engaging lessons across a range of subjects
Providing one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils make progress
Assisting with planning, classroom organisation, and preparing learning materials
Encouraging a positive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive
Contributing to the school's inclusive ethos and supporting children with additional needs
Helping with breaktime duties, pastoral care, and student wellbeingWhat We're Looking For:
A 2025 graduate with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in education
A positive and proactive individual with excellent communication skills
Someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a real difference
Experience working with young people (e.g. mentoring, tutoring, volunteering) is beneficial but not essential
