Graduate Teaching Assistant - Secondary Schools - Redbridge - September Start
Are you a recent graduate passionate about education and eager to gain hands-on experience in a secondary school setting?
Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to support a range of secondary schools across Redbridge, starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers or those interested in working with young people to kick-start their career in education.
The Role:
Supporting teachers across various subjects, including English, Maths, Science, and Humanities
Working with students in small groups or 1:1, including those with additional learning needs
Assisting in the preparation of classroom materials and learning activities
Helping to maintain a positive and focused learning environment
Gaining valuable classroom experience ahead of teacher training
The Ideal Candidate:
A recent graduate (2:2 or above) in any subject
A genuine passion for working with young people and making a difference
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to learning
Prior experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
