We are working with a number of vibrant and inclusive secondary schools across Newham who are looking to recruit Graduate Teaching Assistants for full-time roles starting this September.
About the Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll support teaching and learning across a range of subjects, working with students of varying abilities. This is an ideal opportunity for graduates looking to develop their classroom experience and build confidence in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across the curriculum
Work one-to-one or in small groups with students who need extra support
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Assist with planning and preparing resources under the guidance of teaching staff
Provide pastoral and academic support to students where needed
We're Looking For:
