We’re looking for motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our team and support students’ learning and development in a mainstream school environment. We are looking for positions with Special Educational Needs as well as Social, Emotional and Mental Health in a resource base.
Graduates bring a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a mature approach to supporting pupils. They are quick learners, adaptable, and bring fresh ideas that enrich the learning environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting classroom management
Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs
Help prepare learning resources and assist with assessment tasks
Support pupils’ social and emotional development in line with school policies
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement across the school day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
