Job Description
Are you a recent graduate with a background in English, Science, Psychology, or Childcare? Looking to use your skills in a meaningful way? Right Education is registering graduates for flexible Teaching Assistant roles across Sheffield.
These roles are ideal if you’re considering a career in education, SEN, or child development and want to gain hands-on experience in school settings. Most placements begin on a short-term basis, with the potential to move into longer-term or permanent positions where there’s a good fit.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils with academic, emotional or behavioural needs
*
Working 1 to 1 or in small groups alongside teachers or SENCOs
*
Helping build confidence, communication and learning skills
*
Using your subject knowledge to boost pupil engagement and progress
We’d love to hear from graduates who
*
Hold a degree in English, Science, Psychology, Childcare, or a similar field
*
Are calm, adaptable and proactive in school settings
*
Are open to working in primary, secondary or SEN environments
*
Hold (or are willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS
Pay
£85 to £96 per day (based on 6.5 hours), depending on experience and setting
