Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant
You will be an essential part of the classroom team, supporting children with special educational needs both individually and in small groups. Your daily contributions will help create an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist students with SEN through tailored learning activities
Support teachers in lesson planning and daily classroom tasks
Promote positive behaviour, inclusion, and independence among students
Help maintain a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere
