The Role
* As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teaching in Year 4/5, helping to deliver lessons and activities that engage and challenge pupils.
* The Graduate Teaching Assistant will work with pupils with diverse learning needs, including those with SEN and SEMH in small group interventions, ensuring every child can access the curriculum.
* Each Graduate Teaching Assistant assists in preparing resources, supporting small-group learning, and helping monitor pupil progress.
* The Graduate Teaching Assistant will build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues, contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
