An ambitious and inclusive secondary school in Redbridge, East London is searching for an enthusiastic and committed Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates considering a future in teaching or looking to gain further experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This full-time, long-term role offers between £90 and £110 per day and will last till the end of the academic year!
About the Role:
Provide individual and small group support to students with SEND across Key Stages 3–5
Adapt learning materials to ensure accessibility for all learners
Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and self-confidence both in and outside the classroom
Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and support staff to deliver tailored interventions and support plans
Play an active role in raising achievement and ensuring all students reach their potentialWhat The School is Looking For:
