What’s the role all about?
You’ll be:
* Working 1:1 and in small groups with students who need a little extra encouragement
* Supporting experienced teachers in the classroom (think of it as a sneak peek into teaching!)
* Gaining hands-on experience to help shape your future in education
* Possibly working in alternative provision settings where your unique skills can truly shine!
Non-Negotiables
2:2 degree or higher
A real passion for working with young people
Two references from the last 2 years
A willingness to learn (we’ll help with the rest!)
Experience with young people is a plus, but not essential!
