Reeson Education is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to work across friendly and inclusive schools in Waltham Forest. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in education while supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs (SEN).
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work with pupils in EYFS, KS1, and KS2, providing 1:1 and small group support. You'll help children with autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs to access learning and develop confidence in the classroom. What We're Looking For in a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related field
A proactive, patient, and caring Graduate Teaching Assistant
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience supporting children (paid or voluntary) is desirable
